About Andi Owen

With over 30 years of experience, Andi Owen serves as President and CEO of MillerKnoll, a global design leader formed in 2021 by merging Herman Miller and Knoll. This union brought together iconic brands such as Holly Hunt and HAY, driving innovation and modern design. Andi was instrumental in orchestrating the merger and now oversees global operations with nearly 11,000 team members and $4.1 billion in revenue.

Previously, she led Herman Miller as President and CEO and held executive roles at Banana Republic. Andi also serves on several industry boards, including as Chair of HAY and as a member of Business Leaders of Michigan. She chairs the MillerKnoll Foundation, which supports underrepresented youth in art and design. Andi holds a BA from the College of William & Mary and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School. Her dynamic leadership and strategic vision continue to shape the future of global design.
