About Kristi Hardy
Kristi Hardy is a passionate small business owner, community advocate, and longtime resident of Kuna, Idaho. She and her husband, Ryan, have called Idaho home for over 30 years, settling in Kuna 15 years ago to raise their family and build a business that reflects their values. As the owner of Cinderella Dress Rentals on Main Street, Kristina provides affordable, modest formal wear, helping young women feel confident without the high price tag. Her reach extends beyond her boutique, using an online presence to stay connected and engaged year-round.
A dedicated mother of four, Kristi has always prioritized education and youth development. Her background as a preschool educator-and founder of Hardy House Preschool-sparked her passion for advocacy. Over the years, she has played an active role in shaping local education policies, serving on advisory committees and spearheading initiatives like Kuna School Districts Parents for Secondary Students Back to Full Time. Her leadership was instrumental in helping students return to full-time learning after Covid disruptions, positively impacting families across the district.
In 2022, Kristi founded Parents for Policy Change, a group focused on strengthening parental involvement in education. She collaborates with educators, trustees, and legislators to promote policies that support family values and student success. Her dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed – she was honored as Kuna High School Volunteer of the Year (2021-22) and received the Kuna School District Kuna Way Award in 2022.
An active Republican and devoted Christian, Kristi is deeply involved in Idaho politics, advocating for policies that align with her values. Outside of her work and volunteer efforts, she enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s skiing, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying Idaho’s natural beauty. No matter what she’s doing, Kristi is driven by a commitment to her community, her faith, and making a lasting impact.
