Stan Moss is the CEO of Polen Capital, a global asset management firm specializing in quality growth and credit strategies. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, with offices in Boston, London, and Hong Kong, the firm serves a diverse clientele worldwide. Polen Capital offers active, high-conviction strategies through four investment teams: Small Company Growth, Large Company Growth, Emerging Markets Growth, and High Yield.

Joining the firm in 2003, Stan held key roles including COO, CFO, and CCO before becoming CEO in 2012. His strategic vision has transformed Polen Capital from a regional boutique operation into a global asset manager overseeing over $61 billion in assets. Stan’s focus on employee engagement and professional growth has earned the firm recognition as one of Pensions & Investments’ “Best Places to Work in Money Management” for seven consecutive years.

Before Polen Capital, Stan built expertise in financial services and operations, starting as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand. He later held roles at various asset management firms. Stan contributes to philanthropic initiatives, serving on the National Board of Make-A-Wish America. He holds a BS and MBA from the University of Alabama and a Master’s in Global Finance from NYU Stern and HKUST Business School.
